Return Policy

At Craft Easy Tools, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

1. Returns Due to Defects:

• If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

• Please contact us at support@crafteasytools.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the defect, and we’ll assist you with the return process.

2. General Returns:

•In most cases of defective products returning the product is not necessary. If you have any issues with products due to defects, please send photos and details to Support@crafteasytools.com. If a return of the defective product is necessary, we will provide a return label.

 

• The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging.

3. Refund Details:

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds will not include the cost of the original shipping.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

• Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted if the tools show significant signs of use unless they are defective.

Warranty and Shipping Details

CraftEasyTools come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty—we want you to feel confident that your tools will last as long as your passion does.

Please note:

• The Eye Snapper was specifically designed for traditional safety eyes and was never intended for large sinker eyes.

• The Eye Snapper warranty covers standard safety eyes ONLY.

• Warranty coverage applies exclusively to issues with the plastic component of the Eye Snapper. Issues related to the spring or soft pads are NOT covered.

• Warranty claims are valid only for Eye Snappers purchased at the full retail price of $29.99.

Should you encounter any issues with your Eye Snapper, please reach out so we can make it right. Replacement Eye Snappers are provided free of charge; however, shipping costs for replacements will apply.
